I’ve completed my latest affiliate blog setup for the dating niche and decided to give some new automation plugins a try. All I can say is… WOW! These will forever change my blogging lifestyle. Three Plugins are included in the WP Traffic Plugin Suite. i MUST tell you, these plugins are amazing.

Everybody show some luvvvv… link love that is. Lucias Link Love is a do follow plugin for wordpress. It lets you disable the default no follow attribute built into wordpress so search engines will follow links in your visitors comments. While its my first instinct to hack the code, so my updates are permanent, theres a very good reason to utilize this plugin. blog SPAM. ooh i said the bad word.
This plugin gives bloggers greater control over comments by requiring a certain number of minimum comments to be made before links are followed (from 3 to 10). Everyone wants to see your pretty face. c’maaaan… Video lends so much interest to any webpage. Video Blogs are entertaining and less work for the visitor. They just Click play and sit back… If you can make interesting videos, they come back for more and more.

Still crazy about plugins! Found a new one today called Subscribe2. Now, this is the only one I’ve tried, but it seems to do everything I want, and I was giddy while looking through admin.
Subscribe2 puts a form on your blog to let visitors sign up, emails them according to the settings you configure, saves an exportable database of all your subs emails, and lets you manually send email to the subs you desire right in wordpress. It’s even widget ready.

Savvy webmasters want links back to their site or blog. Think about it. If you were building a site and wanted to be part of a community to bring others back to you, would you post comments where you get no credit? hmmm
Some people disable html in their comments… BOOO! Whats with the ego? yes yes. I understand. too many outgoing links, lower PR. but why not get more people to your site participating??? More participating visitors interested in what youre saying. Read the rest of this entry »
